Frank Is A Partially Sighted Artist On The Spectrum Slowly Losing His Vision To A Disease Of The Retina. Kara Manages A Facebook Group Dedicated To Promoting Autism Awareness Through The Arts.  Kara reads poetry as Frank creates original works of art on camera.  Why the title?  As Kara explains it, " Turn The Page has many different and appropriate meanings... how Frank draws his art or how his art can be viewed, turning the pages as we read the poetry and stories we share... moving on to new and brighter days, etc..."
